Refund policy

Refunds and exchanges:

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of the purchase date and subject to EGP 100 processing fees.

Inspection Upon Delivery:

You may inspect the item in front of the courier during delivery and return it if it doesn't meet your expectations.
